

Issue: Mango was taken on by MARS Snackfoods to tighten up their crisis and issues procedures, with our first task to create a crisis simulation
Insight: Mango had to develop a complex yet realistic situation that would enable us to test and assess the existing processes, analyse staff performance and offer recommendations for improvement
Idea: Mango held a two-day simulation that was kept confidential from the client to ensure realistic responses. The simulation included real product codes, Mango-generated news clips and a surprise visit from camera crews. Our fluid scenario ensured staff were kept engaged and on track, which was followed by a two hour debrief
Impact: Through this simulation, Mango gained a greater understanding of MARS’ processes
