Mango Melbourne brought flavours to life when they helped Centro Box Hill celebrate one of the lunar calendar’s most significant events: The Chinese Moon Festival.

In a bid to show off the “hidden gems” of the Centro Box Hill fresh life precinct, Mango joined forces with a selection of head chefs from some of Melbourne’s most renowned culinary haunts and had them lead journalists on a tasting tour through Centro Box Hill’s market precinct, before undertaking a cooking class under the instruction of the Head Chef from Redbean Kitchen, James Lai.

Developing a series of online cooking demonstrations and recipe cards, Mango helped take the flavours of the Chinese Moon Festival into the homes of cooking novices and journalists alike.
